How to reproduce it
1 Create a new Impress file
2 Apply "Title,Text" layout, enter some characters in Title box, let the cursor 
  stay in the Title box
3  pay attention to Insert - Summary slide

Result 
Summary slide is inactive
But if set cursor to other area, then return to the Title box, find Summary
slide item is active

Expectation
Summary slide is active

Hello Li Meiying,
I can confirm this issue as well with the Germanophone version (which I forgot
to mention in the last issue, sorry ... :( ) OOO330m3 under Debian
SID/Experimental AMD64.
Maybe both issues are not bugs, but features?
