Hi, Keynote transitions are nice, that's true. I'm not sure this is what you mean, but I worked on the 3D transitions with OpenGL on Mac OS X, and I received no answer, nor support nor whatever from the Mac OS X users, nor event from the OpenOffice.org Project. Since I simply gave up with that, and all my work is lost.
