i think it would be useful if text overflow over the cells
on the right was available also when there is a formula
(in the cell on the right) which gives "" -- blank result
(not only when the cell is completely empty)

Text overflow over formulas with empty result considered for Office later.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
