Before saving, Openoffice will decompress the document to /tmp (default), save the changes and repack the document to save the changes to the original document.

This takes a lot of IO, thus I recommend OOo should have an option to use the RAM to unpack the document (or use the ram as tmp).

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
