build:
AOO3.4 r1327774

steps:
1.MS Office 2003 is installed in local, and *.doc, *.ppt, *.xls file type associations are MS Office 2003.
2.Open the sampe file in AOO3.4
3.Activate the icon OLE

Defect:
The activated OLE can't be opened with MS Office 2003, but opened with AOO3.4
