Steps:
1. New a document of Impress
2. Insert a graphic and keep focus on it

Expected result: graphic panel collapses in Properties sidebar
Actual result: graphic section doesn't collapses

Note: the behavior in Writer and Calc is correct

When a bitmap is selected (status bar says "Bitmap selected" on the left side) then five panels should be visible in the sidebar: Text, Paragraph, Graphic, Line, Position and Size.  Of these are expanded by default: Graphic, Line.  The others (Text, Paragraph, Position and Size) are collapsed by default.

Therefore the observed behavior is correct.
