I can confirm the described behavior. Having a look at the configuration of the 'old TOC' reveals that the hyperlinks are missing on certain TOC levels. Having a look into the ODF of the given sample document reveals that the hyperlinks are available, but its ODF attribute text:style-name is missing. This might cause that the hyperlink is lost during the import. |

(b) Was still ok with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1554205 - 2014-01-01]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile. (c) I did not test yet what exactly causes the problem.
