Provided is a sample OpenOffice.org 644 document with various tables and
background images and a descriptions of the various problems that occured when
exported to HTML and viewed in a variety of different browsers.  

I noticed the problem while using StarOffice 6.  

The most common incorrect rendering was that the background image would be
repeated for every cell.

I can Reproduce the problem on 
OpenOffice 1.1 RC4(default Install, US), Win XP Pro Sp1. 
(And MS Office XP Sp2). Mozilla 
It is real problem

after downloading the file, I open on OOo 1.1 Rc4, I save as html

what I got is (when opening on mozilla the latest beta)
1st and second table look different
3rd table cannot show the image, 4th and 5th some picture is not show

ES->MIB: I don't know if our Table background position are really HTML compliant.
If not please rate as duplicate of issue 19690
