the following file:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=7125&file=overlaps.RTF
when opened in MSWord has all text fits into tables.
however in page 13 as can be seen here:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=7153&file=badtables.PNG
the text won't fit the table.

RTF just doesn't get as much work as the .doc filter. This is not CTL
specific really.

I'm not making the priorities however not supporting the rtf standard
is a bit emarassing IMHO.

Reassigne to Martin. Perhaps we have to retarget this task to a later target,
because of the limited resources for RTF import.
