This diploma was created im MS Word 97 and it has a border around it that is
made up of stars. When it is opened in OOo, the star border is missing. I will
include a copy of the MS Word 97 file with this report.

when I try to open on MS Office XP Sp2, standard installation, It
request for installing border. so I cannot see it in MS Office XP
default. so, I think the border is not included in the documents it self

In OOo it also cannot display the broder.

It is not a problem of the filter. these border styles are just not
supported by / implemented in OpenOffice. So they cannot be displayed.

MRU->AMA: I don't know if this is on the PCD. So I targeted this to
"office later" initially.

Even we want improve the number of borders I don't think that we'll
have stars in the next step.
