The Java-UNO-AccesBridge used the currently active frame as parent window and
since (#i16612#) tries to transfer the focus back to the parent frame.

To reproduce, set the focus into the navigator window and then right-click into
a  document. When the context menu closes, no focus change event is sent.

Since OOo 2.0.3, the Java-UNO-AccessBridge is no longer used on Unix.

Shifting target again as this bug has probably ~no user relevance.

Changed state to WONTFIX as this bug has probably ~no user relevance and the
Java UNO AccessBridge will probably go away soon.
