Load attached bugdoc => the height of the first  row (fixed height)  is  too big
compared with Excel. On the other hand during export rows with fixed height will
get to small in Excel.  According to NN and DR this is because of a  different 
calculation of fontheight and baseline. For a better interoperability this has
to be changed.

The issue is considered for Office later with prio 4.
