When changing to high contrast themes document background keeps its default
color (grey). Must be white for HighContrast and black for HighContrastInverse.

MT->PL: Ralf means the application background.
Works fine on Windows, but not on GNOME.

In point of view to Gnome/JDS accessibility support I raise the target milestone
to "OOo 2.0".
