- start an Impress with an title text layout
- enter some paragraphs and sub paragraphs of text
- select on paragraph with the corresponding subparagraph(s)
- drag the parqagraph out of the outline text object
- click on undo / redo several times
- the undo / redo doesn't works correct
e.g. you can see the text twice or the text has gone; if you click on undo,
redo, the text lost the formatings.

I think its an outliner issue

change prio to p4

changed prio back to P3.

In Normal View, take 2 paragraphs from a text box and drag them somewhere
outside the text box (in orde to create a new next box).
Now try to undo this action. 
 - the undo step re-creates the original text but the droped text remains where
it was.

The expected result is an undo of the drag&drop action: remove the newly created
text box and restore the original text.

If it's not fixed in time for OOo2.0, it should be fixed for OOo2.1.

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.
