this is fine by me, but you need the project lead's approval. -louis Created attachment 19149 [details]
Fridrich's public key
Louis - I have no idea who is the 'project lead' for the writerperfect filter, but since Fridrich actually wrote the code ( I just merged it up ), it would be slightly ridiculous if he wasn't given access to improve it ASAP :-) I believe it falls under the 'sw' umbrella overall though. Martin - any thoughts ? Martin ? (/me remembers cc) I think Andreas should be aware of this issue... Yes, of course. I appreciate the contribution of Fridrich and I'm pleased to approve his write access for my project. Fridrich, I assume you're familiar with our concept of childworkspaces (CWS) for code changes and integration into the product?! I think we can move this issue forward independent of the answer (which nevertheless is interesting). As for the question concerning my familiarity with CWS, I read and understood following: http://ooo.ximian.com/cws-quickhowto.txt I am pretty confident that I will not create any mess :-) Fridrich support, please ask Ops to upload this key. thanks Louis Internal request generated. The key has been added. reopening in order to enlarge my request Could I get write access at least for the project "external" (where libwpd is) and "sw" (where is writerperfect). The later could be OK, because I did not need to commit anything to writerperfect in my recent CWS. BTW: It could be good if I could write also into some other modules that concern WP importer. Naturally, I am not intending to modify anything that I am not sure about and principally I intend to work on fixing the issues for "wp" component. Just for more detail: in order to upload a new bugfix tarball of libwpd, I need to be able to delete the old tarball, so I need also "delete" rights. . permission is granted. mark as fixed close issue |
