When opening the attached file in impress, impress uses a strange view for it:
Two slides, side by side, with many toolbars missing and refresh problems when
scrolling horizantly (see screen shot).

In the view menu, no view is selected.

Manully changing the view fixes the display. Please note that choosing one of
the diffrent views does not replicate the problem- it only exsists on initial
import before the view is changed by the user.
