I think it would make more sense for the drawing toolbar to only have one
callout button by default.

Currently there is the button that just puts up a ceratin call out and there is
the button with the drop down arrow next to it.

No other shape has two buttons like this.

Hi,

as these callouts are different, I think we have to live with that. Also this
isn't a defect and it's the same for all applications, so changing type to
enhancement and component to framework.

After I posted it, I kind of thought twice about it. The rectangle and ellipse
buttons are analogous to the callout button as they are specific classes of
other buttons on the toolbar.

Would would be better than just removing them, would perhaps be a way to set
what those buttons did by default.
