Steps to replicate:

1) Start impress.
2) Click File->Open get a Open file Dialog.
3) Select one "OpenDocument Presentation (*.odp)", and checked "Read-only" on
bottom of the dialog, open the file.
4) Application title is "filename(read-only)", you can click TextBox, and there
is a cursor in the textbox, can not input English, but can input Chinese by
input method.

I think if like writer is better, you can edit nothing, and no a cursor.

And I find "Read-only" open file is not right by "Presentation Wizard"->"Open
existing presentation"->"Open...", there is no "(read-only)" in application
title, and you can do anything.
