always start with font history at top!  So if I select a text field of an axis 
of a chart in a spreadsheet, and use a particular font, if I then enter the 
other axis text field and want to select a font, the histoty must be at top. 
Currently it isn't; it doesn't even have a font history!

So it must be total object dependant (chart), not single object dependant (axis 
text field) - Yes, that IS the way it should be - think about how a user 
chooses its axis text fonts. They will mostly match, won't they?

TM->OC: Seems to be more a wish for an enhancement than a bug. Please

Hi Falko,
I assume that the user would like to have a fonthistory in every 
dialog, not only in the object bar.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
