In calc for old charts there was a possibility to create charts with indicating
the position and size via mouse dragging. This functionlity should not be
available for the new charts anymore. The old slot should be mapped thus it
triggers the direct creation with wizard.

Done on CWS "chart2mst3". Changed: tabvwsh2.cxx 1.22.82.1.
