Repro steps:
1. Open  
http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/23736/SubForm.odb
2. Open Forms  and d-click "Form_With_Subform".
3. In upper form enter "row2" (without quotes) in new record and mouse-click 
in lower form - two error messages and crash.

This sounds like a duplicate of issue 73722. Common denominator in both cases is
that an error upon commiting a record is reported to the user, and then OOo
crashs. (In fact issue 73722 was fixed by proper silencing (programmatically)
the error, so I'm pretty sure this here is the same problem.)

Issue 73722 is fixed in CWS dba23a, but this CWS will go into 2.3 only.

Since the crash did not happen in OOo 2.1, I a) set the regression keyword and
b) will lobby for a target 2.2.1.

fixed in CWS dba221b. Still awaiting the official approval for target 2.2.1, but
meanwhile setting the "Target milestone" field respectively.
