0. open a new database
1. open the report designer and bind it to the table
2. travel with the F6 key (on keyboard)

-> travelling stops at the 'align' toolbar which contains only inactive buttons

p.s. this is an accessibility problem (works with toolbar with only inactive
content in f.e. base)

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.

find more information about this CWS, like when it is available in the master
builds, in EIS, the Environment Information System:

this is fixed in the current master. The current master is available at
