keyword msicotte: ericb has mentioned to me before that the keyboard shortcuts are or'ed on the modifier keys to be used. Moreover on non QWERTY keyboard, when I press ctrl+key, the action done is the action of the key which correspond to the QWERTY keyboard. For example, ctrl+a quits OOo on an AZERTY keyboard as the A on AZERTY keyboard is at the place of the Q on QWERTY ones. But, when I use cmd+key, my keyboard is recognized as an AZERTY, which is the correct behavior: for example command+A selects all, command+Q quits OOo. I wrote a mail on the mailing list few months ago http://porting.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=mac&msgNo=5153 smsm1 -> isma87: From what you are saying, we should simply remove the option to do a control+modifier and ooo aqua will be behaving like a normal Mac app. Do we need to have a cmd+modifier at any point in ooo? I don't think we can simply disable Ctrl+Modifier, which is in fact easy to do. If we did, there would be no possibility for customizing the keyboard. See issue 77556 This issue is very probably fixed in aquavcl07. e.g. : CTRL + S +D +T is no CMD + S +D +T |
