Open attached database.
Execute the report "IntervallGruppierung".
It should show "Artikel-Nr" grouped in interval 10, but it shows each number as
own group.

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a "should fix" for the
first release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.x, thus.

@msc: You have to change the group field and the interval to 10 again to make
the example work.

change target to 2.3 because issue will be fixed in a OOO 2.3
