- open the attached database document
- execute the contained report by double-clicking it
=> note the final document has two pages. The second page contains the report
footer only, though the first page has enough unused space to take the report
footer. Note there's *no* option "Force new page" set, neither at the group
header/footer, nor at the details section, nor at the report footer.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation".

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.
