SBA->MBA: As seen: Open attached document (in upcoming filter dialog, choose
"Ichitaro 8/9/10/11")
-> The "Office update available" dialog comes up.
This was OK in OOH m4. Affects all platforms.
Set target to OOo 2.4

This seems to be a special problem of the Itchitaro filter. It generates OOo
XML-Format and sets its ODF-Version to "0.9". This number is not covered in the
version check. So it seems that converting the version number to an integer
value and checking the numbers is better than a string comparison.
