There are 3 workben modules in translatable contents (3 files with 88 strings),
in sysui, toolkit, ucbhelper, 2 of them were integrated in dev300_m2
Ivo: maybe we need another trigger script as you did with odk to exclude
workben-things?

touching a file within the workbench directory called "no_localization" avoids
that localize fetch those strings

Maybe better would be to just remove the [en-US] marker from string resources.

Last comment was meant for svtools/workben/unodialog/roadmapskeleton.src, not
the .xml files of the other modules.
