Writer crashes if you try to insert formula into the attached document. How to
reproduce:

1. Open the attached document
2. Insert - Object - Formula

Crash in SwWrtShell::CalcAndSetScale ()

MRU->OD: as we already found out, the problem is, that the frame style "Formula"
recieved anchoring "to page". This is forbidden normally via UI, but there is a
way via "update style" in the Stylist window where it is possible (described in
issue 58466).
But such frame styles are ODF compliant, so we of course have to catch this
exception and handle it properly.

I attached a file.  Formulas are attaching themselves to the page and not as a
character, no matter how I modify it.  Now, inserting a new formula crashes OO.
 This started happening shortly after I installed JDK so that the formula format
window would not bug me if I clicked the macros tab.
