1)Open a new Impress document,and the switch to Notes view.
2)Right_click on the slide pane,select "new slide" in the shortcut menu,insert 
a new slide.
3)Right_click on layouts,select"insert slide" in the shortcut menu.

We can find a wrong slide is created on the slide pane.Switch to Normal 
view,the slide also is wrong.
Please have a look.

Reproducible. In DEV300-m6 inserting from the layout pane does not work at all.
Reassigned.
