it would be helpful to add a Notes Sorter view, similar to Slide the Sorter
layout.  instead of just showing small versions of all slides, it would show
small versions of all slides with all notes just below.  example layout:

Slide1 Slide2 Slide3 Slide4
Notes1 Notes2 Notes3 Notes4

Slide5 Slide6 Slide7 Slide8
Notes5 Notes6 Notes7 Notes8

and so on.
