When copy & paste website content into a text document, the OOo session get
stuck for a while.

With a manual set proxy it's working fine, but when using the system proxy
(e.g., from Gnome) it's hanging.

using this issue to track the fix also for OOo 2.4.2 as it is already fixed for
OOo 3.0
