Issue 85502

- open a new text document
- open the Format/Character dialog
- try focusing any of the controls therein by pressing its accelerator key,
  e.g. (in en-US version) Alt+X to focus the "Text" field
=> the dialog behaves as if only the letter were pressed

Note 1: whether this happens actually depends on the type of the control which
currently has the focus. For instance, if a button or a tree list box have the
focus, the the accelerator works fine. If an edit field or a list box have the
focus, then  it doesn't work. I didn't check other control types, but there
might be more which are affected.

Note 2: This issue is similar to issue 85289, which however was fixed in
menu.cxx only, so I don't think this is a duplicate.
