With 680_m5 and 680_m245, XP sp2

The Alt - <key> combination no longer works as expected under windows.

Holding the ALT key down while simultaneously hitting an accelerator key does 
nothing. This is application wide.

Tap the ALT key, does still highlight the top level menu however.

This happens also under Linux so I set All OS

should fixed with CWS CWS vclshowstop12
