Please, include support for the following locales of the Belarusian language in 
the next release of OOo:
be-1959acad,
be-tarask.

Actually i don't know how many locales should i ask to include support for. 
There are two variants of spelling (be-1959acad and be-tarask)and each of them 
can be both in cyrillic and latin scripts, which results in four locales. 

There are three word lists ready (be-1959acad, be-Cyrl-tarask, be-latn-tarask), 
and there would scarcely be one for the fourth locale ever. So i'm not sure 
wheteher it's necessary to ask for the fourth locale, but i suppose it should 
be present for completeness of picture.

Could anybody explain me the pecularities of locale support so that i could 
define the issue more precisely?
