Expected results: 
'Add Field' window should be placed over 'Sun Report Builder' window after 
clicking 'Reports' clickable image and selecting 'Create Report in Design View'.

Actual Results: 
'Add Field' window is placed under 'Sun Report Builder' window after 
clicking 'Reports' clickable image and selecting 'Create Report in Design View'.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new database.
2. Add a table to it and edit.
3. Click 'Reports'.
4. Select 'Create Report in Design View'.

note: 'Add Field' window is under 'Sun Report Builder' window.
