Thanks, I added the translations. However, I can still see untranslated strings
as category names (in drop-down list and in prominent places, see the
attachment). Could you make them translatable?

Unfortunately, it's concatenated from English and Polish strings to create a
nasty soup :(

The thank you page seems to be created after I extracted the translateable strings.
Anyway I'm collecting it for next update to poottle source strings.
