In Table.odt, Table Properties>Columns shows a width of 2.13 in. OK.
Then, why does Table Properties>Table show a table width of 7.20 in instead of
2*2.13=4.26 in? (7.20 in is the width I assigned, but I could not get it,
apparently because of Fig.0)

I checked with "Ooo  3.1.0 RC1 multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [OOO310m9
(Build 9396)]" and can confirm the reported effect wotj "Table.odt", but I can't
create an own document showing that effect.

Reason in "Table.odt" seem to have to do with "fig. 0", after I deleted it
measuring for table was ok.

I attached sample document here again!

The ID of an attachment is not very helpful to find it, please attach such
documents in the issue or referenc with Issue No. and Document name to sample
documents in other issues.
Can you find a simple way to reproduce that effect with an own new document?

Now I found a way how to reproduce:

1. Open enw Writer document (A4).
2. Insert some PNG (appp 100x100mm and align it top right, wrap 'Before 10mm'
3. Insert app. 10 lines by <enter>, cusor should still be above from bottom 
   of the image, but not too much.
4. Menu 'Insert -> Table' without modifications
5. right clck on Table -> Table: Change Alignment to manual and check Table 
   width and columns 
   Expected: widtht app 100mm (page widtht - 100mm image), columnds app 50mm
   Actual: I saw 170mm // 45/45mm, tab width is NOT that would be a table 
   with full page width

MRU->OD: the frame in the attache document is located in the paragraph spacing
which is located right above the table. When the frame's position is formatted
"Right to paragraph area" it will wrap the table.

It seem to be that the defect is in the formatting algorithm of the table -
conditions for the wrap of the table seems to be not correct.
