Toolbar items with drop down menu items should always read the item text, not
the selected menu item.
Currently, when a menu item from the drop down button is checked, that text is
being read instead, so people might not find the toolbar item.

Accessibility issue. Probably a minor issue, but should be fixed with OOo 3.2,
where we do many accessibility improvements.

Please give an example:
- which menu was read how before the fix?
- and is and should be read how now?

For example the Grid-control buttons, they have checkboxes for each menu entry
in the drop-down menu. The text from the selected entry was read instead on the
button text before the fix.
