When an ODM references an ODT with a line drawing writer dies with a terminal
message 'pure virtual method called' and 'terminte called without an active
exception'.  When the ODT is opened in another OO session the ODM will open
without this error.

This same problem occurs when attempting to load the ODM via pyuno.

I have an ODM and ODT available.

Not a P1.

Opens fine in 2.4-3.0.1.
Crashes or loops in 3.1 (and 300m50)

Sub document opens fine but crashes when inserted in a master document (event if
created from scratch).

I forgot: tested on Vista.
