- install the Sun Report Builder extension
- open a database document of your choice
- create a new report
- insert a vertical line
- save and close the report designer
- re-open the report
=> the line has changed into a horizontal line

targeting; adding "regression" keyword (worked in OOo 3.0.1 with SRB 1.0.6)
