Some sheet actions that overwrite a cell with a note lead to crashes:

These actions crash:
- Enter array formula --- should this remove the note?
- Link to external data
- CSV import into table
- Drag & drop from database table

These actions work as expected:
- Paste clipboard
- Drag & drop cell range
- Enter data into range (Alt+Enter) --- should this remove the note?

Broken but already fixed:
- Delete note cell and move cells up or left (issue 104753)

Works as expected:
- Fill series (dialog and cell-drag) --- note is kept
