- open basic IDE
- start OOo-dev Basic Macro Organizer
- tab Libraries
- select a libraray (has to one created by the user)
- click Export
- choose Export as extension > OK
- give name/location > Save
 > Error
   Data for vnd.sun.star.zip://file%2F%2F%2FD:%2FMijn%2520documenten%2F
   Data%2FNou&Off%2FtstExtensionExport.oxt/<libname>  could not be written

The .oxt is written to the system, but as a 0 kB file
