Ok, here we go:
To be able to upload templates to the website, the translation for your language
needs to be done.
Please get an account here: http://pootle.sunvirtuallab.com/
Provide some language characteristics:Full Name,Number of Plurals,Plural Equation
Then assign the issue back to me.
Then I will request your language there and assign you the files.
After that you can start with the instructions from here:
