MRU->HBRINKM: there's only a footer having a page number field in the docx.

Same problem here.
Have a Docx I can't sent you but if you have a tool to test the document I can 
process it myself en send a report

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem:

I've tried to open a .docx and an application has crashed.
An "OpenOffice.org Document Recovery" window has appeared:

working on will be saved now. The next time OpenOffice.org is launched, your
files will be recovered automatically.

Unfortunately, there's no log, no a core file ...

What's wrong?

sysinfo:
Ubuntu 9.10, the Karmic Koala
gnome-about --version: GNOME gnome-about 2.28.1
OpenOffice 3.1.1 (the last, current version for that distribution at the moment)

PS As it's been an internal corporate file I cannot share it, :-(
