i have excel file converted from powerbuilder data window, using component from 
this site http://desta.com.ua/dw2xls/, i'am using version 11.5.1 build 4011. the 
converted file can open using OO version 3.1 and MS office 2007 with no problem, 
but OO version 3.2 and 3.2.1 can't open it.

Reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m82 (Build 9510)]"!^Open Progress bar reaches app. 95%, then open process
stops and OOo causes 99% CPU load. 

Works fine with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"
