Description cno 2010-07-06 16:22:12 UTC
Thick lines of shapes are partly cut off of in Draw object in Writer

- Create a draw-file with various shapes with thick lines
  (I'll attach a file)
- Select al objects
- Open Writer document in m84
- Paste as Draw
  > at some cornerd, the thick lines are cut off

the lines are correct in OOo 3.2.1
(I will attach writer files from m84 and one from 3.2.1)

Comment 4 cno 2010-07-06 16:29:02 UTC
was OK in 321
Comment 5 cno 2010-07-06 20:39:33 UTC
partial good news: it does print correct :-)
Comment 6 wolframgarten 2010-07-07 08:09:04 UTC
Not quite reproducible. I opened both of your Result files and they seem pretty
ok to me(1st screenshot lines.png. I cannot see anything cut off... But opening
the first file in m84 shows a completely different view to me (please see
callout.png).

@wg: to reproduce, it is necessary to open the file created in m84 in m84.
When you open it in OOo321, it displays fine

Also, the file from OOo 321 shows fine in m84

(and both printing and as export to PDF work fine in m84)

I can confirm this issue.

- Open the first attachment in current DEV300m99
- Select all shapes
- Create Empty Writer Document
- Paste Special with Draw 8 Format.

Expected behavior: the ole object includes the drawing objects completly
Current behavior: ths thick lines of the shapes are cut off at the edges.

cl->aw: this looks like the bounding box for the shapes when inserting as OLE
has a regression

sorry, wrong owner
Comment 13 Armin Le Grand 2011-03-14 14:24:11 UTC
AW: need to use GetAllMarkedBoundRect instead of GetAllMarkedRect to get fat lines correctly in sd/source/ui/app/sdxfer.cxx.348 and sd/source/ui/view/sdview2.cxx.139...
Comment 14 Armin Le Grand 2011-03-14 16:07:21 UTC
AW: Checked in, done.
Comment 15 Armin Le Grand 2011-03-30 11:13:17 UTC
AW->WG: Please verify in CWS. To check do as described or use a draw, make an ellipse with fat line. CTRL-C it to the clipboard, open Writer, paste special as draw8.

Verified in CWS.
