When using the Writer UI in RTL languages (e.g. Hebrew or Arabic), the note
options appear over the program right border. See screenshot.

MRU->MOD: this is not only for RTL UI -also when Western UI is used. When the
application window border is right next to the comments section, the Comment's
menu will be painted across app window border.
