With API, it is now impossible to visually select a form in Writer.
Next attachment shows the problem with a macro.

This is a regression from 3.2.1. 
Confirmed on Windows and Linux.
Confirmed on 3.3 RC9 and 3.3 RC10

Equivalent code works on Calc and Draw.
