It's impossible to print the whole document by toolbar if there is a selection.
It's a regression from 3.2.1

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a text document in Writer.
2) Select a portion of text, and push "Print File Directly" in the toolbar.
3) Answer "All" in the request dialog.

Expected result: whole document is printed
Actual result: only the selection is printed, regardless the user choice.

Which system are you using?
Please attach a document if it happens with a specific one.

I use Vista...
The problem happens with all documents. This bug is confirmed by other users of
Italian newsgroup.

Confirming, it's 100% reproducible in my tests on Linux too. I'll attach a basic
sample document, just for sake of completeness, shortly.

Sorry I didn't read correctly: only the selection is printed though "All" has
been chosen.
