Open any odb file with form, open form not miximised, go trough all fields with tab.

Blinking cursor remains in empty fields until you not scrolls to new field out of active window. When steps new empty field, in the last empty field shows cursor, but not active.

Easiest to reproduce, create new table with wizard, the form with wizard, and open it in data input mode. Go trough all fields, the cursors in every fields.

Now I tested under ubuntu 10.10, and same behavior, the cursor blinks in empty fields until refreshing page.

More symptom: After stepping into next field by tab I click next to the text in form field, and hope to the second one the blinking cursor remains in this field, too, not only in empty form field.

This not happens in OOo 3.3, regression.

Assign developer.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
